My name is Rachel & I am a fully qualified acupuncturist, health coach & massage therapist with over 20 years of experience in complementary health field. I love what I do & would love to help you feel better, be healthier & meet your health goals.
Holistic Philosophy: I believe that true well-being & vibrant health flourish when we balance the physical, mental, & emotional.
I blend Constitutional Five Element theory & Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to provide tailored, effective treatments that address the root cause of your concerns.
To further empower your journey, I integrate health coaching into my treatments.
A Broad Scope of Care: From women's health & fertility to emotional well-being & pain relief, I treat a wide range of conditions with a firm belief in the power of preventative medicine.
Women’s health is particular area of exertise for me. I treat women across their life cycle from menarche to menopause, with particular focus on fertility & pregnancy.
My approach is warm, nurturing, holistic, & deeply rooted in my varied training across continents & disciplines. I have trained in the US, China & the UK.
