Achieving health goals is much easier with a supportive partner in your corner. Health coaching is a collaborative, evidence-based process designed to bridge the gap between knowing what’s healthy & actually doing it.
This partnership empowers you to take ownership of your wellbeing through self-identified goals & behavioural strategies that make change stick. We begin with an in-depth consultation to look at the 'holistic whole' of your life—nutrition, sleep, movement, lifestyle habits & emotional health. Together, we’ll implement gentle accountability & proven protocols to ensure your adjustments align with your unique lifestyle for the long term. You will receive an in-depth report with guidelines & expert advice on current actions & future goals. Follow ups can be on-line or in person & will be personalised to you.
Sessions are tailored to your health plan & goals. Health Coaching can help those with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, stress, weight management or metabolic syndromes, fertility, for those with long - term health goals such as sleep improvment, support for chronic pain. Or if you are dealing with stress or low mood. It can support individuals seeking to reduce health risks & prevent future illness
